Frame damage is defined as any direct damage to the structure of the frame. This can be visible to the eye. However, many times the damaged is hidden. Our estimators have been trained to investigate the type of collision and make a diagnosis of where the structure will fail. We then will dissemble the damaged area to gain access to the frame. The suspension on your vehicle is the link to the structure.Front suspension: Front wheel drive cars have many components that require exact specifications to ensure safe operation. Each component must be 100% to perform without problems.

However, many times the damaged is hidden. Our estimators have been trained to investigate the type of collision and make a diagnosis of where the part will fail. We then will dissemble the damaged area to gain access to the parts. Each automobile manufacturer sells detailed blue prints and specifications of their vehicles. We make exact computerized measurements of your vehicle and compare the results to determine the extent of the damage.

If your vehicle has suspension damage, be sure to have part replaced. Repair to any suspension component is not acceptable.
